Sizes

All my prints are available in two standard formats: in inches for all my customers based in the U.S. and in metric for all other customers. This way you will find a matching frame no matter where you live.

Packaging

All prints with a frame and/ or a matte are shipped flat-packed. Prints with no frame or matte may be shipped rolled up in a tube depending on the print size.

Fees

Depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying some kind of import tax, duty, handling fee etc. Please google your country's policy if you are concerned about unexpected fees

What are the size of the mounts (mats) for mounted and framed prints?

Mount size depends on the size of the frame.

Frames that are 10x10” or below have a 1” mount.
Frames that are 11x14” or below have a 1.5” mount.
Frames that are 12x16” or above have a 2” mount.

Does the size listed for frames refer to the overall size?

No, the size listed for each frame refers to the size of the glass and does not include the width of the frame. For example, A4 prints without a mount will fit an A4 glaze exactly, but prints with a mount will be smaller than A4 to fit the mount window opening.

The product size listed is the size of the glass (so for mounted products this would be image and mount)
